Question & Answer Time!
How long can I keep the cookies for?
Since we don't use any preservatives, they are best eaten right away. You can store the cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh for up to a week.
How long can I keep the cupcakes for?
Same as our cookies, cupcakes last about 4 days if kept at room temperature in an airtight container. If you want to keep them for longer, store them in the freezer for up to 1 month. Remember, never keep cupcakes in the fridge! It will dry them out. But trust us, you won't be able to resist these treats!
I'm allergic to nuts and gluten, can I still eat these treats?
All our treats are made in a facility that uses tree nuts, milk and soy. Even if the ingredient isn't listed, there still may be traces of it. Please eat at your discretion. On a side note- we don't use eggs.
Do you have a retail location?
We sell mostly on our website. But are also selling standard size red velvet cupcakes and cookies at Loving Cup in San Francisco. They have two locations, one in Russian Hill and one in Hayes Valley! If you come across them, be a sweetie and tag us on Instagram with #WhiskSelfie! Follow us on twitter/instagram/facebook as we may be doing pop-ups or collaborations around San Francisco.
What ingredients do you use?
We are firm believers in using top quality ingredients. For that reason we use: Valrhona chocolate, unbleached flour, aluminum-free baking powder, pure extracts and find ingredients such as pistachios from around the world. We are also looking into ingredients made locally to support our community. As a small business, this is a challenge for us, but we've tasted the difference and at the end of the day, quality always trumps.
Can I place an order now and have it delivered at a different time?
Yes! When checking out, there is a space where we ask you for your delivery or pick up date. Just give us 3 days to fulfill your order please.
If I place an order, but want two different delivery dates is that possible?
You'll have to place two different orders for two different delivery dates.
What is your return policy?

You are a Cottage Food Operation. What does that mean?
In 2013, California enacted the Cottage Food Bill which allows food business entrepreneurs to prepare certain nonperishable foods for sale in their home kitchen. We go through a health permit test from the county health department before we can sell. Cheers to California for their support of small food business entrepreneurs!
